Franklin Consulting LLC brings business leaders organizational talent and strategy solutions that create a lasting impact.
Brendan McElroy founded Franklin Consulting based on the need he heard from DC-area program managers for organizational consultants who understand how to drive mission, results, and bottom line. Brendan realized the power of employing armed forces veterans to meet this need, while adding a sense of service, mission accomplishment, and ingenuity to client teams.
Franklin was borne out of the values of Innovation in every approach, Execution with expertise and efficiency, and Impact that leaves our client organizations different than when we arrived. Our namesake, Benjamin Franklin, exemplifies these values while reminding us to learn from the past while keeping a keen eye on the future.

Organizational leaders face uncertain and volatile external pressures, making staying on strategy unpredictable. Strategic alignment is not only a factor of efficiency, but it is a critical component to financial stewardship and resourcing decisions. Franklin consultants provide the four key areas leaders need to consistently execute on strategy:
Strategic Planning | Change Management | Communications | Program Management
In the era of digitization and the gig economy, it is increasingly challenging to get the right talent ecosystem to yield organizational results. Even why organizations acquire the right talent, it’s unlikely to be a relationship that lasts until retirement. Franklin helps organizational leaders and program managers create talent infrastructures that reliably improve performance.
Employee Engagement | HR Operations | Retention | Competency Modeling | Training
Modern organizations are organic beings that need to structurally evolve to meet stakeholder demands. What worked then the organization was chartered may not make sense today. Franklin uses organizational diagnostics to anticipate trends and requirements, helping leaders make resilient and optimized organizations.
